Not enough can be said about this company! Michael came out, went up inspected our attic and came back down and gave us an honest observation. He made us feel like we were going to be in good hands from the get go. He explained everything they could offer and let us know the problem spots that needed to be addressed. There was no high pressure sales pitch and that alone was a huge plus. He got back to us in a couple of days with several options to choose from. All were reasonable priced based on the various details each entailed. We went with one that fit our budget and scheduled the install. Michael and Josh came out exactly on time of the date scheduled. They were very respectful of our home and when I say they went above and beyond, that would be an understatement!! If you’re needing attic insulation, please do not look any further than Thermal King! Michael and Josh will take great care of you and your insulation needs. I can’t recommend them enough. We recently purchased a home that was vacant for over a year, with exception of the raccoon and squirrels that were living in the attic. Let's just say that it smelled up there, plus the insulation wasn't great.
I contacted Michael from Thermal King, not only was he extremely knowledgeable, but his work was amazing. To say that he got every bit of insulation and debris from the attic out is an understatement. He sanitized it and blew in R40 insulation. The impact to the temperatures in the house were astonishing and the smells were gone.
They were extremely flexible with schedule, offered to provide us with guidance on how to fix insulation in the walls, and most importantly the pricing demonstrated great value. I cannot recommend them enough and will be using them in the future for another house.

I researched many companies before deciding to go with Michael and Josh. Michael came out and investigated exactly what needed to be done for our house. He gave us several different quotes so that we could work with something that was in our budget. He was honest and up front with cost and the situation we were looking at in the house. He was kind and genuine and VERY knowledgeable. He did not only come out and inspect and give us information but he also is the guy that installs, along with his business partner Josh. I knew he knew what he was doing. He didn't send someone else with less knowledge to do the work. He did all of it. His follow through and timely manner make the difference in a business and I have happily referred them to my sister and I will continue to do so in the future to anyone that needs insulation done.

Great experience with Thermal King! I really appreciated the fairly priced and straight forward quote. Michael and Josh were timely in the morning and worked efficiently and diligently on a crazy 97°F day. I really appreciate the attention to detail for making sure that Michael ensured that everything was up to code and brought some stuff to my attention that I was able to remediate before they got started.

Incredible experience with Thermal King. Michael came out to discuss replacing the exposed insulation in my three car garage that’s been there since the late 90’s. He did a thorough assessment and presented me with the different options, explaining each one very thoroughly and answered all my questions. Incredibly knowledgeable and patient guy. It’s a west facing garage with the bedrooms directly above it, so I wanted a very good insulation installed. On the day of installation Michael and Josh showed up right on time, removed the old insulation, installed the new insulation, and cleaned everything up very thoroughly. Before leaving, Michael answered some additional questions I had. I was very impressed. Punctual, professional, knowledgeable, friendly and respectful of the property. You won’t find a better insulation installer out there. Michael and Josh are truly the best.
